We’ve developed a new fork lever to prevent Sensor 4 Bar users from locking in on the incorrect side. This updated fork lever makes it virtually impossible to make this mistake.

For Sensor 4 Bars that contain an “A” in the middle of the serial number (e.g. RSE4PRNA92261N28), we recommend to replace the fork lever. The replacement is straightforward and can be completed quickly with the included tool. We’ve also provided a step-by-step tutorial video to guide you.

To ensure that you can provide your customers with a fork lever directly and easily, we are happy to send you a larger quantity, matching the Sensor 4 units you still have in stock.

If there is a “B” in the serial number (e.g. RSE4PRNB92261N28), the new fork lever is already installed. However, to be on the safe side, the fork lever should be checked visually using the video.
